Dean has been practicing law since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2015. With compassion for his clients, he seeks justice and compensation for victims of personal injury.
Born and raised locally, Dean is a longtime Philadelphia resident. Coming from a family of lawyers, he developed an interest in law from a young age. Dean attended Temple University where he was a member of the Pre-Law Society. After graduating, he was hired by the Defender Association of Philadelphia, assisting people innocent of crimes have their records expunged. Dean then attended Widener University School of Law. While in law school, he worked with indigent people needing legal representation in criminal matters.
Prior to joining Golkow Hessel, Dean worked as a plaintiff’s litigator at a respected Philadelphia law firm, representing victims of personal injury and civil rights abuse. He also worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul P. Panepinto in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
Dean is a keen strategist, paying close attention to detail. These traits and extensive injury litigation experience have helped him successfully represent hundreds of clients.
Dean’s passion for helping others goes beyond the law. He is a co-founder of a local group with a charitable focus, volunteering for organizations such as March of Dimes, Philabundance, MANNA and Cradles to Crayons.
