Kimberly’s practice encompasses all aspects of personal injury, including product liability, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation subrogation matters.
Kimberly attended Temple University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude in 1991. While at Temple, she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society for her excellence in liberal arts. She then attended Boston University where she received her Juris Doctor Degree.
Kimberly joined Golkow Hessel after practicing both plaintiff and defense personal injury litigation in Philadelphia for 17 years. Her prior experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, PA included litigating to verdict hundreds of felony, misdemeanor and civil drug forfeiture trials. Kimberly has been frequently recognized for her legal writing and success rates, her briefs having resulted in verdicts and settlements ranging from $500,000 to $77 million.
Kimberly was selected Super Lawyer 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. She is admitted to the state and federal bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
Kimberly is a member of the Justinian Society, an organization of lawyers and judges of Italian ancestry. In her spare time, she provides pro bono service to Green Street Rescue, an organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of stray and homeless cats in Philadelphia.
