Uninsured Motorist Claim Successfully Resolved
Golkow Hessel recently secured an $842,500 uninsured motorist (“UM”) recovery on behalf of a termite/pest control worker who was rear-ended at a red light while in the course of his job duties. The accident was witnessed by a nearby gas station attendant, but neither the attendant nor our client was able to obtain the license plate of the fleeing vehicle. The police department was likewise unable to track down the negligent driver. The worker suffered cervical disc injuries which required a multi-level fusion surgery, and an aggravation of degenerative conditions in his lumbar spine.
