Golkow Hessel Presents at NASP Convention

The recorded statement of the injured worker can greatly assist a workers’ compensation carrier in effectively evaluating subrogation potential at an early stage. However, an ineffectively taken recorded statement can irreparably hinder subrogation efforts (of an otherwise meritorious case) before litigation is ever commenced. At the 2012 National Association of Subrogation Professionals Annual Convention, Golkow Hessel, LLC provided an in-depth presentation which outlines the benefits and pitfalls of recorded statements. The presentation included, tips, strategies, and sample questions which can be used to obtain an accurate and truthful recorded statement from the injured worker.
